Figurative Expressionism
Italian Escapade | 56″ x 70″ | Mixed Media on Canvas
Brightly optimistic and lively paintings, rife with intimate details and hidden surprises. These canvases are thickly layered with paint built on top of paint like graffiti scrawled across old Italian walls, little dancing figures appear, used paint brushes emerge, text and symbols tell secret stories that are revealed the longer you explore.
